Any holidays or eventual registration delays will be mentioned here. If no holiday or weekend then your registered version is mailed within 24 hours. On weekdays that is usually between 11 and 18 EST (= 16 and 23 GMT)
Remark: It often occurs that when the program arrives after
registering, that the ".exe" file is automatically deleted by antivirus programs or email software like Outlook because
ALL EXE'S are seen as a possible threat by the software. From October 2004 onwards we
embedded the sent programs in zip files which much more systems accept without
problem but many mail systems reject the zip files too. We recommend to use an
email address from Yahoo or Hotmail! Anyway, when registering still be sure that your system accepts exe-files in zip files! When it really does not accept them due to very high security settings, then BEFORE ordering, fill in your E-mail address (same as in order) here and push OK:
Then we will cut the extension from the filename before sending it, causing you to add
".exe" manually.
Anyway, should for some reason the email containing your software bounce then of course we look for a quick solution like delivering a personal download link!
Try before you buy:
You have to try the unregistered version before you buy. If you do not understand
the agreement then do not register the software. If
you do not agree with the agreement then do not register the software. In both
cases, if you register anyway, then there will be no refund possible.

Special offers / volume licensing:
- Free updates are unlimited for orders for 2 or more licenses.
- Mostly during payment, you can choose one of the special volume licenses available.
A rough indication of what reductions are available: 2 to 4 licenses = 30%, 5-10 = 50%, 11-50 = 60%, 50+ = 70%
- If no special offer while ordering then the following is valid:
- An order for a quantity of 4 to 49 licenses (1 screen = 1 license) : you get 25% more;
- An order for a quantity of 50 or more licenses: you get 50% more!
